Today was the kick off of Winterlicious, a festival that has higher scale Toronto restaurants opening their doors to a more diverse crowd of diners - lowering prices to increase the appeal of the menu. Students that love sampling a variety of restaurants are able to go downtown and live the dream, although if last year is an indication of things to come this festival has the potential to flop. The Torontoist has posted an article that not only touches on the event's downfalls but also points out a few places that may be worth your while:
